Meetings

UPDATED: 6/7/2023

Prior to the pandemic, all meetings were “face-to-face.” We rented rooms in local churches (no affiliations) or libraries, or wherever we could find space. Currently, all meetings are online (Zoom), with the exception of the Wednesday and Friday Little River meetings, and the Saturday Surfside meeting, which are “hybrid” meetings. The Tuesday Conway meeting, is face-to-face.

A “hybrid” meeting is a gathering of overeaters who share their experience, strength and hope in person, while other members attend the same meeting online. A “parallel” meeting is one that meets both in person and face-to-face at the same time, but are not linked with either audio or video communication.
